Generate internal Test Lab documentation and training material to help cross-train other Team Members on new vendor products and solutions
Learn and adapt to new vendor products, solutions, and technologies constantly while being able to multi-task across diverse projects and assignments
Participate in ongoing project work across multi-vendor platforms while collaborating with other Team Members
Technical Duties
The timeline expectations for when a new Team Member will be responsible for these assigned tasks will depend on experience and learning aptitude:
Design and implement new solutions for projects in live production environments with IT Infrastructure components to include the following vendors:
Provide technical demonstrations and use cases of these solutions while articulating on their benefits to prospective customers
Act as Technical SME in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Project Management teams (both internal and for partners/customers)
Assist with ongoing monitoring/maintenance/troubleshooting of all corporate owned IT Infrastructure

We are in need of Electricians, HVAC Engineers, Plumbers and more with extensive experience across each category. Three years related experience and/or training within Hospital setting highly preferred.
Master or journeyman level in any of the following:
HVAC – repair/maintenance of air handlers
Plumbing – basic knowledge and ability to repair
Electrical – working knowledge of up to 3p 480v is preferred
BMS – working knowledge of Building Management Systems
Fire alarm/sprinklers – working knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and basic repairs
Boilers and cooling towers – working knowledge of mechanical systems
Generators – working knowledge of generator systems
Three years related experience and/or training. Competency to operate microprocessor based devices. Capable of performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical distribution, and operating room equipment. Must possess a working knowledge of medical gas distribution and alarm systems, compressors, pumps, electric motors, and variable frequency drives.
Competency to operate microprocessor based devices and capable of performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing HVAC equipment (including chillers and boilers), electrical distribution, and operating room equipment. Must possess a working knowledge of medical gas distribution and alarm systems, water treatment, steam systems, refrigeration, compressors, pumps, electric motors, and variable frequency drives.
Journeyman level field service experience in industrial electrical and/or refrigeration. Understanding of preventive maintenance and work order system, preferably MP2. Working knowledge and ability to perform duties of all trade classifications including electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other incumbents of the organization. Ability to regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Also refer to Position Specifications outlined in the appropriate collective bargaining agreement. Engineering background in acute care Hospital is highly preferred.
